School Trips

One of the most rewarding opportunities a student has is to go on a school trip. For many students it’s their first trip to a larger city, to see a beach, or maybe even leaving the county they live in. Southeast Student Tours works closely with each client to learn what they envision and want their students to experience. We then customize a cost efficient tour that maximizes time and opportunities.

Most trips are 3 to 4 nights, and we want to make sure the kids get to see and experience as mush as they possibly can to build unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.

We can plan trips of any length and location. We have over 20 years of experience in planning student trips and continue to adapt to the changes in different cities, and student travel in general.

All Inclusive Customized Trips

We customize the entire trip, and specialize in all inclusive packages to make the tour smooth and efficient.
We can plan and include transportation, lodging, attractions and all meals. Private security, gratuities and stipends, and more. Special trip features like performance opportunities or festivals.

Chaperones and Scholarships: The industry standard for free Chaperones is a 1:10 ratio. However we can include as many free Chaperones in a trip as you require. Further, if you have a need for a set number of “scholarship” opportunities for students we can incorporate that into the package as well.

We work closely with each client to make sure we customize the trip to the exact specifications they envision for their school. We are here to help and assist in any way possible to make the tour a huge success. We are always available to come and meet face-to-face, and if you need us to come and speak at a parent meeting to go over the trip and answer questions - we will be there!
