Make a Deposit or Payment
To make a trip deposit or payment please click the Make Payment button below. Please leave all requested information so we know which student, and trip, you are making a payment for.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 4% processing fee on credit card payments. Example: A $150 deposit payment plus a 4% processing fee will equal $156 total deposit payment.
Trip Payments.
Most school and group trips are paid by multiple deposits, and a final remaining balance payment 5 weeks before trip departure. We work with each client to set up a payment plan that best fits their groups needs.
Making Payments.
We highly encourage payments to be sent on one single account or school check. It is to the Group Leaders benefit to have trip participants pay them so they can have a firm grasp on commitments, who has paid, who still owes, or who may be dropping off from a trip. The group leader collects payments and then cuts one check to us as a deposit or payment.
Individual Payments.
Sometimes a group may have to have trip participants make individual payments. We want to do our best to make that option available and convenient. We will discuss the best plan for your group and how to keep it organized. To make an individual payment online please scroll below to Make Payment.
